Production line for manufacturing reflectors for lamps
Production line for light reflectors. Combined with Decoiler, coil cradle, fine straightening machine with 21 straightening rolls, hydraulic press HPV 80 with comb controlled stamping tool, turning device,stacker and a hydraulic press HPV 160 with controlled bending tool. Size of reflectors can be up to 1800 mm.
This production line is able to fully automatic produce reflectors, depending on reflector construction, 8 to 25 parts per minute.
